About Our Technology
CF Pro is a software application that enables the electronic handling of candidate recruitment and selection. This Applicant Tracking System is implemented as a Software as a Service (SaaS) and contains Customer Relationship Management capability.
CF Pro handles data mining and collection, automates the recruitment process via a defined workflow and extracts applicant data from proprietary databases through parsing resumes into their constituent parts and matching them to our client's job specifications.
CF Pro takes the electonic signature of each resume in our database and matches it to the signature of the job description provied by our client. Resumes are carefully parsed for technical skills, occupation and title using data derived from 16 years of searches and then matched to the electronic signature of our client's job specification.
CF Pro delivers the most closely matched candidates which we then personally screen and deliver to you.
