Bob launched CareerFactor on April 1, 2003 to provide quality IT personnel placement services for his network of information technology contacts.
Bob’s reputation has been built on helping people. He gives each applicant a fair evaluation. He provides interview counseling and career advice. He takes into consideration the corporate culture and the personality traits of those doing the hiring as he prepares individuals to ace the interview.
Bob's corporate clients have come to appreciate his direct and honest communication and 24/7 availability. His focus is to give each of his client's 100% attention to execution and delivery while maintaining his professional networking skills.
Bob started in the staffing business in 1995 as a partner with JFW Associates. He built up this company from 3 clients to over 65 Fortune 500 accounts with personal billing exceeding $4 million.
Bob graduated from Boston College in 1984. His commitment to superior customer relationship management stems from over 20 years of success in corporate sales. Bob's results have always earned him top honors.
While at Boston College Bob was the recipient of the Boston College Athletic Association’s John J. Quirk Coach’s award in 1983 for his role as Center on the varsity football team where he lettered for 4 years and participated in two Bowl games. In 2006 he was inducted into the Ramapo High School hall of fame . He currently lives in the beautiful shoreline community of Killingworth, CT, with his wife, Kathleen, and their two children.
