Standard Fee: CareerFactor's standard fee for contingency search services is 25% of the placed candidate's annual base salary exclusive of bonuses, relocation and other non-salary earnings.
Standard Guarantee: CareerFactor's standard guarantee for contingency search placements is 30 days (refund or replacement).
