Mark Graveline, Partner
In October 2007, Mark's consulting company, Saiko Consulting, joined forces with CareerFactor in order to provide customers multiple options for the placement of technical staff and personnel. Saiko offers contract, project and temporary IT staffing to CareerFactor's cleints while CareerFactor provides full time IT 'career' placement to Saiko's clients. Working together, both companies cross service their respective clients offering all avaiable staffing options while each business continues to grow in its respective specialized niche.
In July of 2004 Mark joined CareerFactor as a Technical Recruiter and quickly established his presence in the recruiting profession through successful placements at multiple companies. He was promoted to Account Manager in October, 2004 and in addition to full-time placement, Mark is responsible for CareerFactor’s staff augmentation business.
Mark brings over 14 years of hands-on technical programming experience to the business and his specialties include RPG, EDI, Microsoft technologies, Data Warehousing and Decision Support Systems Architecture. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Connecticut State University in Computer Science and Management Information Systems. He resides in Clinton, CT, with his wife Justine and their son Colin.
