On April 1, 2003, Bob Vissers launched CareerFactorLLC, to provide quality personnel placement services and to establish a recruiting consortium based on his personal network of information technology contacts via CFonline.
His single strategic objective is to provide top-notch talent that his
customers have come to expect from him while providing a forum
that other recruiters can access to refer candidates and post
openings. He remains personally committed to specializing in IT placement and offers recruiting services for human resources and technical sales.

Bob's comprehensive sales and technical expertise along with his commitment to superior client relationships stem from over 20 years of success in corporate sales and a demonstrated track record in new business acquisition. Bob achieved record performances in software services sales, consistently achieving top honors and numerous prestigious Presidents’ Club Awards at Automatic Data Processing for over ten years. At ADP, Bob always ranked in the top ten of 1500 salespeople nationwide and became the consummate student of technology and business analysis. He mastered knowledge of every level of data processing and technical application across a variety of industries.

In 1995, Bob brought this invaluable background to JFW Associates, LLC as a partner where he helped to grow this quarter million dollar IT recruiting company from three clients to over 65 Fortune 500 accounts with a gross billing in excess of $3.5 million. He personally placed over 300 computer professionals in a wide range of industries including e-Commerce, Software Design, Banking, Healthcare, Insurance and Investment, Manufacturing, Gaming and Financial Transaction Processing. He developed and implemented state of the art computer support and advanced database technology as the primary tool for serving clients. He credits his success to his uncompromising focus on client satisfaction and his thorough understanding of business and sales processes.

Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College in 1984 and was the recipient of the Boston College Athletic Association’s John J. Quirk Coach’s award in 1983 for his role as Center on the Varsity Football Team. He currently lives in the beautiful shoreline community of Killingworth, CT, with his wife, Kathleen, and their two children.
